the "naked" man

In the book there was apart that explained a naked man that was outside of miss Celia's house, touching himself and making  jokes. when they were describing the figure and the scene i felt as though i was there inside the house. miss Celia in this part i think was represented as a hero when she saved minny from getting hurt and beaten , in this part i thought that miss celia was gunna leave her there because she didnt want to interven in between and help minny because she was black. when she came outside and hit the white man who was beating up minny i think that for a moment  i actually respected miss celia for helping minny. i think that the man who was messing with them was sent there by someone who dosent like miss celia or that she owns minny.

miss Celia's miscarriage

Around page 451 miss Celia has a miscarriage. When i read this part in the book i felt for miss Celia, because wanting a baby to a women is a strong feeling you cant get rid of (at least i think so). With someone having  a miscarriage they would be aware of  knowing that the dream they have pictured in there head, has just disappeared. Miss Celia says that not moving helps her keep her babies and to me i think that she should get a new plan because the one she has made up is absolutely not working. She has had more than one miscarriage and she always tries to hide it from her husband. She tried to hide this one from minny , but minny discovers her in the bathroom with her dead baby all bloody trying to deliver it herself. For miss Celia it must have been a dramatic experience but then again maybe not it could have been a repeat to her because she knows what to do. I think that minny actually cared for her in a moment, because i think she must have felt her pain in loosing a kid. Remembered that minny has kids herself and imaging herself loosing one of her kids i dont she  bare the thought. The way they explained the seen of her loosing the baby and the way they described the blood makes me remember back, when my best friend fell of the picnic bench doing flips, slipped  and broke his jaw. the image of the bloody jaw came all rushing into my head the way the blood flowed and splattered, the way i stood their and did nothing but being disgusted by the blood. this part in the book moved me the most because it was a reminder of the experience i had seen.

miss skeeter

Minny is Aibleen's friend that is also a black maid, that also knows miss skeeter(white book writer that can not jump back into her book writing for some reason). miss skeeter looks at life totally different then the people that surround her in her everyday life. she looks at African Americans way different than she should being a white woman at the time. the smallest impact in the book is the biggest impact in her life Stuart her love. sometimes i try to figure out what his ex-girlfriend did, that skeeter promised that she would never do because she is different. is it being racist?  cheating  or thinking about marriage to fast? i guess ill have to read the rest of the book to find out huh? the book is very interesting at the part that i am reading it gets me over everything that is going on.

MISS SKEETER! very fascinating character to me in this book

the prediction

the help by Kathryn stockett
444 pages
"the prediction"

I am very anxious about reading this book hearing that the movie was incredibly well directed and produced. this is a book about the civil war movement and reflecting on about what i now about  the civil war then it might be something about  the African american women suffrage. During the civil rights movement i think women had a worse time and i think this book reflects on women of the African american descent, and how they had to get through things. I think that me reading this book would help enhance my knowledge of the woman's suffrage and what they had to adore. I am very ecstatic about reading this book and learning about new things i never learned about.
