the "naked" man

In the book there was apart that explained a naked man that was outside of miss Celia's house, touching himself and making  jokes. when they were describing the figure and the scene i felt as though i was there inside the house. miss Celia in this part i think was represented as a hero when she saved minny from getting hurt and beaten , in this part i thought that miss celia was gunna leave her there because she didnt want to interven in between and help minny because she was black. when she came outside and hit the white man who was beating up minny i think that for a moment  i actually respected miss celia for helping minny. i think that the man who was messing with them was sent there by someone who dosent like miss celia or that she owns minny.
